What sort of neck/chest adornment should one wear when very exposed to in a particular dress?

Nothing
Something big and gaudy- distract from the cleavage
Drop necklace- they are obviously designed to draw attention to the cleavage
Henna decoration
Other- please describe

Hair up or down would make a difference as well...

Other - Something choker-like to highlight the amount of space between dress line and your face.

or a drop necklace to draw attention - of course you need to feel confident & comfortable enough to handle the looks!
