Got my invitation to my 10 year HS reunion today. Wow. Its amazing how much I have grown since I was allowed to leave the stifling atmosphere. I think I'm gonna go and shine. I'm losing weight. I feel better about myself than I ever have in my life. I will be in shape my then and able to kick ass. The temptation is there to walk in in spike heels and bondage gear with an entourage but I think I can probably master it. Dress code is "casual" whatever that means. Unless people in my class have calmed down and mellowed a lot casual could mean a whole lot of things.

I will try not to be petty because that is not who I am. I will try to take these people on their current merits rather than remembering the hell I had with them for 4 years. I will be friendly and kind to people who I don't even know anymore.

And I will take advantage of the fact that I will be in town to spend a day(at least one) at faire. The Honey will be in garb this year!!!

If he resists going in garb: slip him some sleeping pills, dress him as a peasant, stick him in a wheelbarrow, and push him around faire yelling "bring out your dead!"
