I still prefer my cohort to get massage from. We are better at what we do because of our training. Yes I am biased.
Three chiro/therapy appts a week. One with massage by their therapist. They are hard. The one with massage I am left feeling tired and ooky the rest of the day. I look forward to when that is no longer the case.
I'm making myself a goal to be able to spin at least once at FSG. We are traveling to KC for Memorial Day. Its kind of a travel test.
I'm getting an MRI today and have been referred to a neurologist because of some strange symptoms I am getting. My brain is substituting the wrong word for things in type and conversation. Enough people thought this was a bad sign that I'm seeing someone about it. I'm hoping its just a stress symptom. Never the less, I am nervous.
I need a lawyer. I'm hoping the one the my chiro uses will work out cause that just makes things easier. Managing MIST is apparently a resource that my lawyer needs. Noted.
More specific symptoms are a good thing. That means the overall trauma is lessening and the real problems are surfacing. The ease of fatigue with muscle use is alarming. I can walk for hours, standing is a little harder. I can't carry anything for any length of time though. Backpacks are right out. Super ouchy there.
