Many Many years ago in the early ninties I went to have a haircut, color and perm, it was basically what you did in those days and I was very happy with my new do. My then boyfriend Jeff remarked that I looked like a purple poodle, I cried for 10 minutes and another friend that was there almost beat him up for making me cry. Part of the problem was that Jeff (now Jess) is very colorblind so my hair really did look bright purple to him and freshly permed hair is just a tad curly :-)
