afraid, please help

Anyone able, I am gonna need energetic support today. Dr has asked something of me that I'm pretty sure is outside my daily spoon allowance. Trying to stay calm and draw energy as I'm supposed to, stay centered and all, but its hard when I am so afraid of the potential repercussions to my body and state of mind.
