Why is that horrific?

4 is better than 0, which is what we had before...

I kind of tend to agree with this. I find it problematic that many people think of the vaccine as much more effective than it really is, but I don't see something 'horrific' about improving protection.

Of course, nothing is going to erase the need for comprehensive and intelligent sex education. But if this provides some small edge of protection, I have a hard time viewing it as an inherently bad thing.
