Circadian rhythms assessed. I need to be using my light. I should probably use the thing all year long. I would really rather not go back to relying on caffeine for alertness. I may need it for focus but I don't want to have to have it to get through my day.

Sleep quality keeps coming up for me. Even though I sleep pretty easily usually, with notable exceptions, I'm not convinced that I'm getting the best quality sleep I could be. I'd rather not dose myself with sleep aids until I'm sure there is NOTHING else I can do for myself. The sleep/pain cycle is vicious. I know it affects me in other ways as well.
