Dr let me out early for good behavior. Actually I think he got tired of looking at me lay on the floor waiting for someone to come in. I'm tired. Need to take my meds. Need a nap too probably. It would be nice to be able to breathe well.

Oh winter how fondly I remember thee. Such a strange dichotomy. I cannot take heat but I must have sunshine. My brain functions best in the lighter part of the year, my body functions best in the dark.

You need someplace cold and sunny. I'm trying to think of a place like that other than Antartica. Or at least someplace sunny that doesn't have any of the pollens (and other things) to which you are allergic.

Don't keep your body in the dark! Always explain to it everything going on. Openness is the best policy, I say.
