failed murder attempt

One week ago my chair tried to kill me. It was a quiet kamikazi attempt. Broke itself in half to throw me to throw me to the ground. I laid there on the ground for a while assessing the situation after realizing that the threat was no longer imminent. It was dead and could no longer do damage to me. However, I had sustained injuries in this failed attempt. Numerous bruises that are still heaing to this day. Soft tissue damage to the left shoulder and hip. Easy fatigue over all. Soreness travelling through most of my body(ain't fibro fun?). I spent most of Thursday in bed. Very little massage given in Friday.

One bright shiny ray of sunshine in this is that it seems to have knocked my low back back into a decent alignment. Dr.D is very happy about hte progress in that part of my anatomy. Now, if only the shoulder would heal up ok.
