Dreams

I have been having a lot of dreams lately. Or rather, I have been remembering more of the dreams I am having which is unusual. Quite a few of them, people I love have been in the hospital. Some serious, some not so serious but I have been visiting loved ones in the hospital in my dreams.

Last night, L was in ICU where only family was allowed to visit. I followed his sister in and told the nurses that she was my sister-in-law. That last part seemed to be the important part of the dream oddly enough because there was little feel of urgency about why he was in the hospital in the first place.

My dreams are strange.

Things I dream for myself are coming up more in my life as well. Not sure what to do with them. I'm wondering if I should pursue them. Being attached to expectation seems to me to lead to heart ache. Is pursuing a dream, manifesting your reality or setting yourself up for expectation to be wrong? I'm not sure where I stand on that one at this point.

I like my picture being taken. I like taking pictures. There are pictures I can see in my head that I want taken of myself. I'm not quite sure how to manage this. Especially since I'm not really sure they can be pulled off in real life the way I see them in my head. It would require lots of help from others. This might be one example of the dreams thing. I don't pursue modeling opportunities cause I'm not really sure I can do it but I know I would enjoy it if it came out well. Its an odd thing on my head.

about the pictures of you - my best friend is a graduate of Antonelli's Institute of Photography and Design. she's very good, and her work covers a broad spectrum of styles. she might be able to help you with that. (she is, of course, here in NJ.)
