I've not had problems with the juices part of this fast. Aside from kinda wanting solid food its ok. I don't have to have anything. I'm not hungry. I can't imagine wanting to do this often or for long. I do feel like I've dumped a lot of toxin out of my system. That is a good thing.
I have discovered Superfood. Odawalla, my preference, and Naked both have a version of this. "It is Green." ;) Only 130 calories in a serving. I have run from juices in the past several years because of the number of calories in then. Lots and lots of sugar usually. This isn't bad. Add to that the servings of fruit and all the anti-oxidants from the green, its a pretty good for you. I'm not sure I would have made it through the past several days as happy and balanced as I have without it.
After today I will probably take a week off of dieting and then go back to the Core plan. Its done really well for me. I'm down to 180 and change on Core.
It feels really good to look at my driver's license and see the 230 on it. That is a long way from where I am now. I am much healthier. I am much better at taking care of myself. I am much better at recognizing my boundaries and honoring them when they come up. I really am a completely different person than when that picture was taken. I look at it and am surprised that anyone believes it is me.
