today feels like the sort of day tailor made to turn me into an alcoholic:

Kitty Cat is still not well and had an episode.

Carl died.

Contacted by my sister in law.

Got a nasty shock from conversation that shook who I thought others see me as.

bills, lawyers, insurance, stress, dealing, looking at traveling to KC for a funeral on top of it all.

I can't sleep now. My head hurts.
