Is remarkably recovered from yesterday. Once I discovered I still had full range of motion and there were no crunchy things going on, I kept walking on it. I even worked for 6 hours yesterday at the mall. I wrapped it in an ace bandage and then wore tennis shoes(cause what else would you wear working at a mall you crazy person). The pressure plus the movement seemed to really help. Today I barely feel any irritation and there is very little swelling. Probably will still bruise all pretty-like.
