fresh air

This morning I woke long about the time that L was arriving at his work. I think he likes poking the back of my head trying to wake me. Alright, maybe not trying.

The sun is out, the birds are joyously expressing their sentiments of spring, and its (relatively speaking) warm. I woke with the sure feeling that today is a good day. I am me and the only person I can control. Take charge of that and move forward with what you've got and enjoy the company of those who want to walk with you.

Tonight I fly to Denver. Tomorrow we trek into the mountains to Frisco where we will be spending the night and getting up tomorrow to tackle Copper Mountain. :) My favorite mountain so far. Lots of fresh air up there. Copper was where I learned my most formative lesson of self. Caution protects you, fear holds you back. Hurrah for self discovery.

To all of you who are close to me, you know who you are, I trust you. I trust you to take care of me when I cannot even knowing how much I hate to admit that. I trust you to let me take care of myself when I am able. Because I trust you to take care of yourself, I trust that you will let me know if you need help.
