An unexpected side effect of over heating easliy: In a cold climate you are likely to freeze your ass off. So we've all done the neat trick of putting one hand in cold water and one hand in hot water for a minute and then sticking them both in the same bowl of lukewarm water right? No? Bear with me then. Despite the fact that your brain knows the water is the same temp on both hands, it feels very different. Thus it is with all skin... When the skin heats up a lot, the air feels very cold. I am freezing my ass off cause I'm too warm.
