diary of a cheezaholic
So yeah, ther other day I was shopping with the honey. He looks down and says "Can't tell I'm shopping with you. Five different kinds of cheese in here." That sums it up pretty well.
So what am I having for dinner as we speak? Cheese and crackers, port wine with a nice cheddar base, Cheesy corn bake from the Jack Stack recipe, and grilled ham and cheese. Mmmmmm.

"Loleta Cheese Factory"
Little cheese shop in Loleta, CA that makes it's own cheese. Yummalicious!
Some of the best local cheese I have ever tasted. By local cheese I mean lots of different versions of cheddar and jack. Roasted garlic jack, smokey cheddar, creamy good jack cheeses. They have about 20 different varieties. Next time V and I head up there, I score some for you.
