health and sleep

They go hand in hand you know.

I have decided that everyone I know lives on the wrong schedule for my optimal health. I am aware that everyone I know is not going to change their sleep schedules and lives for my health. *sigh* So, I am not going to nap today despite being up way too late last night due to health issues(dinner didn't want to stay down).

I work at 4. I am going to shower, ride my bike, possibly go see a matinee of The Last Airbender(depending on show times), and throw away a bottle of fingernail polish. All this with the hopes that I can exhaust myself enough that I will go to sleep tonight. Well, all except the fingernail polish. I need to get real sleep. If only because until I do, the Honey won't either. And that is not good.

*sigh*
That's my "natural" sleep schedule. Well, sleeping till 1 is more common when allowed.
