Southern Voices

I don't know if you have ever experienced this but some people's voices are edible. I've discovered some men with the southern accent lately(in my trip to the south where they have them) and decided that they sound like they have butter in their voices. The very yummy man who changed out car reservations so the Honey could have the comfy car on the way to Houston was like adding butter to your favorite recipe. Take something you already like and make it incredibly rich, lick the plate kind of rich. Now I've never ever met the nice gentleman who told me he had my sunglasses. But he dealt well with me on the phone in near tears and grateful that they had my Whiskers. He sounded like hearty wheat bread fresh from the oven soaked in really good butter. You know, the kind that would fill you up and just make you happy in the process, and for some time afterward.

Mmmmm butter.

MMM

When I was crazy for Patrick, part of the appeal was his Memphis accent. I always thought it tasted like honey and sometimes molasses. Hearing a Tennessean accent now brings back this tingle of hearing him say "hey baby" all dripping with that sound.
