Do yourself and your loved ones a favor. Make your needs and expectations clear. State them out loud. Even if you think that they are understood by all, if you have not voiced them, then it is no one's fault but your own if/when they do not get met.

Not at all. I was only there for a day.

It is a reminder to myself and my loved ones that the only way to have your needs met is to clearly communicate what those needs are. Granted it was prompted by dissapointment. But it was small. A lesson that bears repeating.
