Monday, 4 days post emergency appendectomy and today felt like a turn for the better. I'm in less pain and I am able to move around a bit better. Less pain meds were required. I feel a lot like all I've done for the past 4 days is sleep. Speaking of, I should go do that.

I am not a fan of "tough it out" in pretty much any situation. I exist in pain tho. It's often hard to tell what's baseline and what is concerning.
Norco, the current version of hydrocodone is what they gave me. I can't take it and drive is the thing. I'm doing pretty well with ibuprofen during the day, tho I brought the Norco with me to work today just in case.
I'm on a timer for the ibuprofen. Yesterday was poor management on my part.
