pain follow up
I went to see Dr Mike first thing yesterday. I got an adjustment and some soft tissue work. He recommended the anti-inflammatory diet(which I am mostly following already) and to stop waiting for my partner to trade massages with me and go pay for one.
I am in significantly less pain. Mostly I can tell that the muscles are still tight and the whole area is irritated but I can walk and work without pain. Not taking ibuprofen every 6 hours is nice. I still haven't gotten on my bike though the weather is perfect for it. I may try that today since I need to go tanning anyhow. I will see how I feel after work this morning.
