Check on the conversation labeling feature. I love that. Way better than folders.

You'll need a photo-editing program (I use Photoshop) to decrease the resolution &/or size of the original. Resolution of 72 dpi is fine for onscreen viewing, and 400-500 pixels wide should be plenty big for most purposes.
