Yeah, the talking about the work thing was important. So was the other conversation at the airport.
I'll do a little looking for other case manufacturers - I know that "Invisible Shield" makes one, but it's nearly permanent and has to be applied using a wetting agent for its adhesive (I always get a bit nervous spraying water near computers). It does make what it protects virtually scratch-proof though.
