Kansas and Missouri, the bill would require girls entering the sixth grade to be vaccinated. Allows parents to opt their daughters out on medical or religious grounds. Pending

California had one that got pulled "for reconsideration" that required all girls entering 6th grade to get it. No opt out... I'm glad it is being reconsidered.

Allergy to one of the ingredients. Latex, I think. Originally they didn't want women who had HPV to get the vaccine, but I believe that's changed.
