I think a necklace right across the hollow of your throat. With a dangle-ly bit or not. Earrings with a little length would show off your long neck. With this skirt (compared to the other one) if you go with a bracelet keep it delicate. I think the shoes you describe are perfect. Very Marlyn. :)
I agree with the majority of the people here. You need something simple and pretty, possibly elegant, to accentuate the beauty of what is already there, tie it all together. Absolutely gorgeous either way, though.
I see what you mean about no getting away from the cleavage. I think there's no need to draw more attention, I reaffirm my vote for a short, even choker length necklace. A short bauble hanging down would be okay too, but no need for something to extend into the cleavage.
HOT. For accessorizing, I highly recommend a fire extinguisher, for safety reasons.
I would almost wear long, long earrings and a bracelet, and leave your neck bare - it's gorgeous enough to be all the decoration it needs on its own. However, I also really like the necklace with the falls at the end that you were talking about, and think that would look fabulous as well.
The dress just enhances the beauty that is already there. It is like watching the final brush strokes on a masterpiece. I can't wait to see the end result.
