Today

Today I feel good and hopeful. Today I have energy and low pain levels and have decided to take advantage of that while I have it. Today I will go and swim and sit in the sauna such that I might promote this feeling of health for tomorrow. Today I feel rested.

I have faith that despite the bumps in that particular road, the bills will get paid this month. I have faith that the people who need to be near me and I need to have near me for healthy personal growth all around will be near me. I have faith that issues that need to be resolved will be resolved in the time that is best for everyone. I have faith that the gods plan for me will continue to be the best road for me to follow.

I set down fear. I welcome change. I breathe in health. I am present in my life.
